About the event
During our time together we will trancend time and space with this ancient spiritual technology of the Vedic tradition. You will come away from this event wit simple tools to find the Big Stillness - whenever you need it, wherever you need it. It is a scientific fact that after 8 weeks of meditating, your brain begins to rewire itself. This means years of habits start to fall away. Not only this, but in time you will release less coritzol, increase oxytocin, and the gray matter in your pre-frontal cortex will grow. We will meet to meditate for 15 minutes once a week at 9AM MST on Saturday mornings, and on Thursday evenings to have integration and discussion.
